Halle Berry, Olivier Martinez scuffle with paparazzi at LAX

Halle Berry and her fiance, Olivier Martinez, got into a spat with paparazzi at LAX Airport on Monday night. Shutterbugs swarmed Berry, Martinez and her young daughter, Nahla, snapping photos of them as they made their way down the escalators and out of the terminal after a vacation in Hawaii. Berry shielded her face as Martinez carried Nahla. "Get away from the child, Jesus, what ... is wrong with you people ... that's a child here," Berry, 46, was heard shouting and cursing at the photographers. The Academy Award-winning actress was seen trying to stop Martinez, 47, from getting into a physical encounter with a photographer during the clash. He allegedly kicked a photographer in the leg and wrist, E! News reported. She shouted, "Olivier, no!," restrained Martinez, and pushed him into the back seat of their SUV parked outside the terminal, according to video footage obtained by TMZ. They boarded the vehicle and drove away. Airport police confirmed to The Times that police responded to a call at 9:45 p.m. at the Delta terminal to take a report of an alleged battery. But police would not confirm the names of the parties involved. "The victim, a photographer, told police he had been hit by a male suspect, but the suspect left the location before police were notified. A battery report was taken and airport police are investigating the incident," according to the statement. "No arrests were made because by the time the police were contacted the suspect had fled," said Sgt. Karla Ortiz, assistant public information officer for Airport Police. "Police are continuing to investigate." An ambulance is said to have arrived on the scene as well. This isn't the first altercation Berry's beau has been involved in. Berry's ex-boyfriend and Nahla's father, Gabriel Aubry, was arrested last November after an alleged fight between him and Martinez broke out at her home on Thanksgiving Day. Aubry's right eye was severely bruised Later that month, Berry and Aubry said in a joint statement that they had "reached amicable agreement" to their various legal battles but did not provide any details.
