Nike 2013 Air Max Plus HYPER BLUE
A solid 15 years since its original release, Nike dives into its sizable archive to return with one of its more commercially successful runners in the Air Max Plus, also known as the TN or Tuned 1. Chalked full of technical enhancements, this model quickly became a favorite among sneakerheads and athletes alike during the late 90s and early 2000s. Its synthetic upper features a unique exoskeleton design that contours nicely to its wearers feet. This was also one of Nike’s early models that coupled its proprietary Tuned cushioning with the iconic Air sole to provide a softer ride without compromising stability. Additional details that helped to round this enticing model out included a wedged profile, clear toe caps, multicolored Air bubbles, faded color schemes and so much more. For fans of this model both old and new, the OG Nike Air Max Plus in “Hyper Blue” will be hitting select Foot Lockers and Champs Sports around the world within the next few days.
